Protect your Dubai assets with a DIFC Will

Do you own Dubai property and have cash or investments here?

Since launch in 2015, more than 2,000 UAE residents have now registered their Will with Dubai International Financial Centre’s Wills and Probate Registry (DIFC W&PR). The registry provides peace of mind for non-Muslims to ensure that their Dubai real estate assets and other investments in the Emirate bypass Sharia Law and are handed to their chosen beneficiaries in case of their premature demise.

Whether you are an individual, a business owner or an investor, a DIFC Will safeguards your assets to avoid inheritance issues. DIFC abides by common law, which is recognised internationally. If you also have assets in Ras Al Khaimah, you may now include them under your DIFC Will.

Home Matters are here to simplify the process and help customers protect their Dubai and RAK real estate assets.
