Nakheel has implemented a new policy for the NOC process for property transfers. At the time of the NOC application the Buyer must give a security cheque (not cash) for AED3,000 made payable to Nakheel PJSC. The Buyer will get the deposit back after transfer and when they produce the new title deed copy in their name and completed a system update form.
